My story is one of humble beginnings and relentless determination. From a young age, I harbored a deep passion for the culinary arts and the transformative power of hospitality. Guided by this passion and buoyed by the support of mentors and loved ones, I embarked on a journey that has led me to where I am today.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the best in the industry, such as Thomas Keller and Stephen Starr. These experiences have shaped my approach to leadership and service.
My time at Jean-Georges has been particularly rewarding, allowing me to lead exceptional teams and curate unforgettable guest experiences. It’s a role that I’ve embraced with gratitude and enthusiasm, knowing that every day presents an opportunity to make a difference.
